Pendergraft Homes is led by Bryan Pendergraft who has been constructing homes in North Carolina since 2007. After graduating from East Carolina University, Bryan began working as a project manager for a high end, custom home builder in the Triangle where he built numerous award-winning homes and received many industry acknowledgement awards. Bryan has his Certified Green Professional designation and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Home Builders Association. Bryan’s wife, Holly, joined the Pendergraft Homes team in 2023. A native of Fayetteville, NC and a graduate from NC State University, Holly comes from a family entrenched in all aspects of real estate and construction, thus bringing a valuable skill set to the company. Together, Bryan and Holly bring a passion for building and customer satisfaction that is unmatched!
